About Us
Where Rotary meets Rhythm, and Service has Soul
RC Saturday E Jazz is a dynamic Rotary e-club chartered on 20th April 2022, proudly standing as the 100th club in Rotary District 9213. With members from Uganda, Canada, Sweden, Russia, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and the United States of America, our club is united by Ugandan roots, a shared love for jazz, and a deep commitment to youth empowerment and impactful service.
Our club is actively involved in a variety of impactful initiatives, from mental health outreach and school mentorship to health camps and environmental awareness. Among these, we’re especially proud of our ongoing signature project in Soroti, the development of a green park in partnership with the Rotaract Club of Soroti University. Still a work in progress, this initiative aims to promote sustainability through tree planting and future carbon credit generation, while creating a lasting community space.

We’re a vibrant, youthful Rotary e-club with an average age of 30, full of energy, passion, and a love for both jazz and meaningful service. Our members span the globe from Uganda to Canada, Sweden to the UK, bringing diverse perspectives and a shared commitment to making communities better.
We’re big on impact, but we believe service should come with a smile (and a little rhythm too!). From mentoring students and planting trees to dancing through a virtual fellowship, we serve with heart, laughter, and purpose.
